Tristan is a senior at Arroyo Grande High, he comes from a family of five where he is the oldest of his two siblings. In his free time, Tristan loves to go to the beach, hike, try new Trader Joe's items, and boat at Lake Nacimiento. Tristan decided to join the CCAMH in order to provide a youth perspective on the mental health struggles that many teens face today.
